Managing a team of customer service assistants on a shift, you’ll make sure customers enjoy their shopping experience and leave us with a smile. You’ll be deciding who does what, pitching in when deliveries arrive, promoting special offers and lots more – all while making sure our customers are the number one priority.
Working side-by-side with your retail store manager, your passion for great service will create an unbeatable customer experience. You’ll also have a huge say in your store’s success by finding ways to increase sales, looking after orders and deliveries, and motivating your team.
Responsible for a team of up to 30 team members and three managers, you’ll make sure our high standards of service never slip.
