Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Clay, NY – 29 January 2018
This place is a complete joke. They tell you that you get paid time off and what you really get is a full day off when you are sick and on top of that the management sucks . They do not care about their employees well-being, if it’s below freezing outside and you are already sick? Don’t worry they will put you out in the cold to do work . And better yet they will tell you that they are always hiring because they are always laying off their best staff to get new people in. “Fast-paced environment “ is so funny as well because they take forever to fix and clean cars. They do not care if you have things going on they just want to use you as a work horse and the seller of it all is that if they choose to lay you off they will have you come in and do some little errands for them before they send you on your way. 10/10 would NEVER recommend this joke to anyone.
Director of New Products (Former Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – 29 January 2018
Fully commissioned job. Talked to people on phone to help them set up and investigate patents. Public speaking. Very professional business. Dress for success was the moto. Enjoyed talking to clients about their patent for items. Didnt enjoy telling them how much money they needed to put idea in motion...! Very expensive ! We had to encourage them to take the risk...and convince them their product was exceptional and throw in other advantages of their product idea.
Service (Former Employee) – Clay n.y. – 29 October 2017
Don't have enough fingers and toes to count all of the techs and service staff they have been through in clay since they opened. False promises and pay garantees they just don't care about the people. Its everyone's fault but the owners and managers. Too bad because they have a nice store.
a typical day involved processing receipts in quickbooks, making a deposit, generating and mailing a few bills; monthly we would generate a large batch of bills for certain customers; we also provided customer service including shipping supplies and helping with cash register issues. the owner was extremely controlling and you never knew when he might "erupt" over something relatively trivial.
Service Advisor (Former Employee) – Watertown, NY – 11 October 2017
I am convinced the Davidsons do not know how their company is ran and the things that go on in their place of business.
The service director belittles all employees to the point that some are on medication just to make it through the work day. He enjoys making his employees cry as it makes him feel like he has more power.
