Typical day began with a scrum where all members of the team would discuss the work they're doing and the progress they're making or not making. After that we'd break up and go work on our separate tasks for the day, going to each others desks to chat about issues we're having and to assist each other in general.
The most enjoyable part of the job was that you started each day knowing what needed to be done and that everyone you worked with wanted each other to succeed.
The hardest part of the job was working with legacy software that had issues for whatever reason.

Such great IT products with a rabid anti-male HR department. Quality of long serving IT staff is below par, most have never experienced work with their more professional clients. Needs an overhaul of biased HR policy and lift in IT skills to keep their products winning.
Exciting new challenges to solve on a regular basis Friendly colleagues with mutual respect and trust Continuously pushing boundaries to improve product and services Transparent company culture and solid financial performance
