Although the majority of my time was spent writing and creating marketing materials, I had direct communication with the President of the company, exchanging ideas on how to expand our business, as well as creating,refining, and executing our Mission Statement.
You don't always have a template when you start a new business, but it certainly helped, because in creating our own path, we were able to see all the available possibilities in the education services industry, and in turn, identify the best niche for our company.
Most importantly, I had full control of my schedule, and was able to maintain a comfortable work pace, with occasional night and weekend assignments.
