Consider a cultural change or simply put reverse roles where the lower ranking employees play GOD for a day and see what is revealed. Call it Book of Revelations day!!!

From this event Upper management must consider radical changes take place with a new pledge ( Mission Statement and visionary goals) to all staff and its customers/clients and vendors either this system gets across the line otherwise the system will simply implode and create a doomsday scenario!

Only lifestyle conditions or meaning if I was stressed at work and this stress level was unbearable I would inform my boss of this unpleasant situation and request improvements or demand to leave and find another job!

No discounts at all. People who worked directly for a contracted organisation did but skilled casuals were left out. Another issue with workplace culture of exclusion
