Above average pay, but flat structure makes it exceptionally hard for career progression. Some of the leadership in the non investment divisions is exceptionally poor and culturally unacceptable with some leaders being prone to 'bare faced lies' around career progression in particular. Strong turnover in some teams is not adequately dealt with and non performing managers are not removed. Some non investment teams have exceptionally long hours which are not sustainable and management do not address this when this is raised.
Notwithstanding that, you will learn a lot, but it can be an incredibly bumpy ride depending on the role.
