A different era from todays pharmaceutical sales role. New culture now and my view would be outdated as I worked there in the 1990's- 2000 the products were gold standard and remain the drugs of choice in the specific medical disciplines.
Manufacturing (Former Employee) – Brisbane QLD – 26 June 2017
Toxic culture, no job security. Spend all your day ducking and dodging lies from the dis functional management. You go far if you agree with them And don't work hard. Just nod to the lies to keep your job.
Good co-workers, work life balance, "survivor" mentality beware
Marketing Manager (Former Employee) – Sydney NSW – 5 May 2016
Enjoyed my time there with good banter among co-workers. Lots of rhetoric from HR and management, which is corporate standard. Heard significant restructure in Mar-16, which also included the Managing Director being let go. Continued redundancy creates unstable and uneasy environment.
Generally, low performance culture with lack of continuous training.
"Survivor" mentality is strong. Encourages low performance culture
Work life balance but questionable culture if you value meritocracy
Management (Former Employee) – Sydney NSW – 2 May 2016
Great if you are at a time in your career to want work life balance but the culture is poisonous in Sydney Australia and does not support meritocracy at all. Lots of rhetoric from HR leadership; for example, the future leaders program selection process is opaque and included people who had no chance for being in commercial leadership and lots of people who eventually left the organisation within 12-15 months.
Family christmas party
Poisonous culture and not for ambitious individuals
