Recruiters at toll as scott are the kind of people will promises a job and then don't even recognize you after a day. If only you get through these ( I don't give dam) people.

To be honest no one likes to start a new job because you have to find your niche and try and slot in, and this is where experiance comes in, luckily the supervisors and the permanents there were really friendly and very helpful and are all very safety conscious .it was just a good working environment.

Didn't have an interview. I was working for Courier Australia and Toll bought it. Jobs were given to those who proved themselves

Unable to comment as at the time many changes were taking place, where Japan became a business partner, to note, long standing Manager's had resigned, perhaps the future changes did not sit comfortably with them and would only be known by them. Not sure.
