PPR sponsored its jobs on Indeed to reach candidates for two primary job sets. “We have bulk, low-margin, jobs – every one of which is important. We also have exclusive, recruit to order jobs,” Auchter said. Indeed made it simple for PPR to set up individual campaigns and prioritize job sets. “It’s much easier to manage multiple campaigns on Indeed compared to other recruitment advertising tools,” Auchter added.

The premium placement of Sponsored Jobs on Indeed also provided increased visibility for the PPR staffing brand. “There’s no question that we’re getting not just more candidates, but new candidates, for both our hard-to-fill and volume positions,” Auchter said. “Because Indeed’s reach is so vast, the brand exposure we get is unmatched.”

Results
