The call centre has a great work culture. It has team building interactions ... some of them spontaneous ... such as themed days. It can be a very stressful job, but you do get real support when you need it.
In my case I did not come up to the required standards at the end of the probationary three months, otherwise I would still be working there.
If you can be very regimented and stick precisely to scripts then this job could be for you.
