What I learned whilst in this company is how to become an effective manager, understand how to run a business, which included P&L, equipment maintenance, inventory, rosters, crew training and hiring, WPS, people and time management.
Workplace culture was fun and enjoyable, working with the youth and helping and watching them grow to their full potential. I enjoyed rewarding hard workers and would take them out to dinner.
I enjoyed taking my management team out on outings and getting to know them on a personal level to better understand what motivates them.
