Are you looking to capitalize on your experience within one of the Big 4 accounting firms? Our clients are currently looking for Personal Assistants with strong attention to detail, strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills for various opportunities based within the CBD. Ideally you will have Accounting / Chartered experience to be considered for these roles.
You will be supporting teams of varying sizes and be responsible for:
Arranging client meetings and functions
Extensive client liaison
Providing high level administrative and secretarial support to all team members - including sorting incoming mail/correspondence, completion of monthly AMEX and expense re-imbursement, maintaining and updating records/databases
Typing, faxing, photocopying, printing, and binding of documents
Diary management including: arranging team meetings and functions as required, screening and directing incoming telephone calls and arranging domestic and international conference calls
Booking and co-ordinating travel and accommodation for all team members The successful candidate will possess:
Superior communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent administration skills
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
