NextStepAcademy is hiring Private Tutors across Sydney, in-home and online, for Kindergarten to Year 12. Families come to us for one-on-one help with Maths, English, Science, HSC subjects and primary school support. You bring the subject knowledge and the patience. Our app does the rest.

Demand is ahead of supply. We are growing quickly across Sydney and right now there are more families waiting for a tutor than tutors to send them. Apply today and you can be teaching within two weeks.

What you get:

• Pay that climbs with every student you keep: in-person lessons start at $40/hr and rise to $52.50/hr. Online starts at $30/hr and rises to $37.25/hr. Our highest placements pay up to $57.50/hr.
• Paid the same day, not the same month: your pay is released the moment the family's payment clears, usually the day of the lesson.
• A job board, not a roster: new students appear in your app with suburb, subject, year level and times. Take the ones that suit you, skip the ones that don't. Nobody assigns you anything.
