We are looking for a passionate and motivated Hairstylist Apprentice to join our dynamic team and begin their journey in the hair fashion industry.

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU?

As a Hairstylist Apprentice, you will work closely with our experienced stylists to gain hands-on experience and develop your technical skills.

THIS IS PERFECT for someone who is eager to learn hairdressing, passionate about hair, and ready to provide top-notch support to our stylists and clients. In this position, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills and potentially grow into a licensed stylist role with the right dedication and mentorship.

YOUR ROLE

- Assist stylists with client services, including shampooing, blow-drying, and preparing clients for treatments.

- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment by ensuring stations, tools, and products are stocked and sanitized.

- Observe and assist with a variety of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments.

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to during their visit.

- Be part of KODA education and development program which is headed up by Education Managers Adam Hopkins and Delphyne Kanuma to fast track learning and development.

What you NEED to bring

- Passion for hairdressing and the beauty industry.

- Experience in a salon or blowdrying is a plus but not required.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
