The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineer with strong experience to join our growing team and contribute to the development that empowers our organization to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Include:
Design and maintain Automation framework and scripts
Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks using programming languages (Java/Python/JavaScript).
Responsible for creation and implementation of test strategy, test plans, test data for testing.
Conducting and scheduling regression testing using CI/CD pipelines and documenting the results.
Reviewing requirements with Business Analysts and Technical leads
Involve with business and development teams to understand the requirements.
Review design documents for new features and participate in design reviews with the development team.
Involve in Client Engagements to understand the testing scope of the product and release
Preparing Test data by clearly analysing the requirements
Involve in Sprint Backlog refinements / grooming and planning sessions
Developing scenarios and executing automation scripts using automation framework
Implementing and maintaining regression test suite which saves the time for regression testing
Conducting demos to the stakeholders after completing the user stories
Preparation of Test Completion Report, Defect Analysis Report and share with stakeholders

Candidate Qualification:
5 years of experience in software testing as Automation and Functional tester.
Expertise in designing test scripts using Selenium Maven TestNG , Playwright, Cucumber and Rest Assured framework.
Experience in developing test plans, test cases, test data and test reports.
Experience in functional testing, User Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, UI Automation Testing using Java-selenium and Web service Automation using Cucumber and TestNG framework
Extensive experience in SDLC and Agile Process
Designing test cases and test scenarios, conducted functional, ad-hoc and exploratory testing for the variety of applications with expanded test coverage
Experience in working with GitHub as source code management tools
Experience in Bug tracking Tools like JIRA
Effective time management skills – prioritization of tasks and own time by regular follow- up meetings
Ability to remain highly focused and self-motivated in a fast-paced, demand environment.
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills

Salary: From $90,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum plus Superannuation

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
