Full job description

Role Overview

Be the face of the store and help create a fast, friendly and convenient experience for every customer. As a Team Member at 7-Eleven, you’ll keep the store running smoothly while delivering great service every shift.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver great customer service and create a welcoming store environment
  • Prepare food and beverages, including maintaining coffee machines
  • Operate the register and handle transactions accurately
  • Keep the store clean, stocked and organised
  • Work independently while staying on top of tasks
  • Support a safe store environment for customers and team
  • Help with stock, deliveries and merchandising


What we’re looking for:

  • A positive, reliable and customer-first attitude
  • Confidence working independently
  • Ability to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn with no experience required
