We're a fintech start-up based in Surry Hills that is slowly expanding to cement our position as the market leading small business broker in Australia. We offer fantastic training (including a fully paid Cert IV in finance and mortgage brokering), development and career progression opportunities, allowing you to leverage and hone your sales experience into a role that rapidly transitions from first contact to full-service account management for small businesses within a matter of months.

You will be coming on board into a phone based sales role for an award-winning platform connecting Australian business owners with the funding they need to grow and kick goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Settling warm inbound opportunities as well as prospecting a nurture book of previously settled clients
- Maintaining relationships with your previously settled clients to create a pipeline of repeat business
- Helping small business owners compare & apply for finance from over 85+ lenders, including the 4 big banks
- Consistently delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
- Achieving monthly revenue targets and KPI’s
- Contributing regularly to the development of new & improved processes
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience and transferable skills from various sales backgrounds such as retail, face-to-face interactions, phone-based sales, and both B2B and B2C environments.
- Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions
- results driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPI's
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Keen interest in learning about finance
- Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal & external stakeholders.
- Confidence to work both autonomously & in a team setting.
