About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join our Brisbane team.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a leading client-side consultancy, working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. Whether your background is in buildings, aviation, transport or other construction sectors, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your career with the support of an experienced national team.

As an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager, you will:

• Support the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion.
• Assist with consultant engagement, procurement and contractor appointments.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress and support project reporting.
• Assist with contract administration and construction phase management.
• Prepare reports, project documentation, briefs and presentations for clients and senior stakeholders.
• Support project planning, budgeting, programming and risk management activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors while contributing to successful project outcomes.

About You
You are a motivated and proactive project professional looking to continue developing your career within a client-side consultancy environment.

You'll bring:

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager within a consultancy, client-side, contractor or construction environment.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• An understanding of project management principles, procurement and contract administration.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Experience across sectors such as Aviation, Transport, Property, Health, Education, Energy or Water will be highly regarded, however we welcome applicants from a broad range of construction and infrastructure backgrounds.
