Dundas & Faussett – Albert Park, Melbourne VIC

Dundas & Faussett is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking team members to join our growing café team!

We are a busy, fast-paced café located in Albert Park, and we’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or looking to build your experience in the industry, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

The role will involve a variety of front-of-house responsibilities, including:

  • Providing friendly and attentive customer service.
  • Taking customer orders and processing payments.
  • Running food and maintaining a smooth service.
  • Keeping the café clean, organized and presentable.
  • Restocking and maintaining service areas.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Is reliable, punctual and well-presented.
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Is proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Is available for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts.

Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential. Barista experience is a bonus!
