Eligibility

To be considered for upcoming 2027 Early Careers opportunities, you'll need to:

• Have graduated, or expect to graduate, between December 2024 and December 2026

• Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship, or Australian permanent residency

• Be interested in commencing your career in Australia or New Zealand

We'll also ask you to tell us a little about the skills you'd like to build, the industries that interest you, or the kinds of challenges you'd love to help solve, so we can connect you with opportunities aligned to your interests.

What to expect

When opportunities open, we'll guide you through each stage of the process.

While requirements may vary slightly between roles, the journey typically includes:

• 4: In-person assessment experience where you'll collaborate, solve problems and get to know Accenture
