Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Accommodation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accommodation facilities in Nate's Place, Sydney. The successful candidate shall be primarily responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all accommodation services, including managing bookings, overseeing guest satisfaction, maintaining property standards, and leading a team of staff members. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

o Oversee and manage daily operations of the accommodation facilities, ensuring a high standard of service and cleanliness.

o Ensure that rooms and common areas are well-maintained and meet all health and safety regulations.

o Manage room allocations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring efficient and accurate record keeping.

o Lead, supervise, and motivate accommodation staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

o Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

o Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

o Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

o Ensure that guests' needs are met and that they have a positive experience during their stay.

o Monitor guest feedback and work with staff to resolve any issues, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications Required:

· Education: Qualifications relevant to Business Administration or Management preferred

· Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in accommodation or hospitality management.

· Skills:

o Strong leadership and team management abilities.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o High level of organization and attention to detail.

o Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial reporting.

o Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and legal regulations in accommodation operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
