About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and presented to a high standard for every guest.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards
• Make beds and replenish linen, towels and guest amenities
• Ensure rooms and bathrooms are presented to a high standard
• Follow hotel cleaning, hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Complete daily room allocations and targets efficiently
• Report maintenance issues or room defects when identified
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while working in guest areas
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily operational goals
