As an Accommodation Worker, you'll support guests travelling from rural and remote
communities to access medical treatment. You'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the service, assisting with guest bookings, check-ins and check-outs, accommodation administration, and practical support across the facility.
Working across a rotating roster that includes night shifts and sleepovers, you'll help ensure guests have a positive and comfortable experience while staying away from home.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
- have experience in accommodation, hospitality, customer service, administration or a similar role
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- are organised and have strong attention to detail
- can work independently and as part of a team
- have a respectful and inclusive approach to working with people from diverse backgrounds
- can remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- are available to work a rotating roster, including night shifts, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays
- hold a current driver's licence, First Aid and CPR Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate, or are willing to obtain them
Desirable:
- Experience using booking or reservation systems
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Food Safety Certificate
