Full job description

Join our team and help empower people living with disability to lead independent, fulfilling lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support tailored to each individual's needs while building meaningful relationships within the community.

About Role / Job Details

  • Assist participants with daily living activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Provide personal care in a respectful, compassionate, and dignified manner.
  • Support household tasks, including general cleaning, meal preparation, basic home maintenance, and gardening.
  • Assist with shopping, appointments, and visits to parks, community facilities, and other public places.
  • Encourage and support participation in social, recreational, and community activities.
  • Build positive, professional relationships while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Pink Comfort is an NDIS accredited provider. We provide services to participants of the NDIS and their families/carers, with aims to empower independence, ambition, and positive relationships. Pink Comfort support workers provide strengths-focused support, which can include mentoring, transport, and teaching skills for independent living.

Pay: $32.00 – $62.00 per hour
