Front of House Team Members & Managers

Hot Pot Hero | QV Melbourne

Hot Pot Hero is opening soon at QV Melbourne, and we're looking for passionate and motivated Front of House Team Members and Managers to join our opening team.

Whether you're starting your hospitality career or have leadership experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Positions Available

  • Front of House Team Members
  • Front of House Manager

About the Role

As part of our Front of House team, you will:

  • Deliver friendly and professional customer service
  • Welcome and assist guests throughout their dining experience
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming restaurant
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Support daily restaurant operations

Managers will also:

  • Lead and supervise the Front of House team
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Help manage daily operations and maintain service standards

What We're Looking For

  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • Reliable, punctual, and well presented
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality experience is preferred
  • Leadership experience is required for management positions
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Full Australian working rights are preferred
