About the Role
2XM Recruit have a unique position available for an experienced Account Manager to join our Perth team and take ownership to work closely with our Tier 1 client who works within the Building & Construction sector. After winning several large projects that are due to commence early 2025, this role will be crucial in providing first class service to current/ existing projects, as well as building your reputation within the industry as a Tier 1 provider in the recruitment industry.

The role will see you take over day to day management of this account, ensuring we're delivering exceptional customer service to achieve positive revenue growth through excellent recruitment delivery. Alongside this, you will be required to further grow and develop opportunities with the client, focusing on good quality, repeat business.

The successful Candidate will have a background in blue-collar recruitment, resourcing or account management and be confident in managing multiple blue collar sourcing requests and requirements running their own desk with minimal support, however our People Development Team will be on-deck to support any specific training requirements that may arise.

The role:
Liaising directly with site supervisors and project managers, you will be responsible for:

  • Work with the client to identify upcoming project requirements and implement recruitment strategies to enable proactive and timely recruitment of roles.
  • Sourcing and screening quality candidates with the appropriate skillsets and qualifications to match the clients’ needs
  • Managing the entire hiring process including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placing and check-ins post placement.
  • Regular site visits including monthly progress catch ups and performance feedback on workforce in place.
  • Deliver to customer / commercial KPI's - manage process through recruitment CRM to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Analyse existing customer relationship and build on them through excellent service delivery.
  • Work closely with 2XM leadership team to report on successes, challenges and support required to ultimately achieve the clients’ requirements.
  • Drive recruitment opportunities through client networking and relationship development.
  • Ensure “best in class” recruitment process when sourcing and selecting candidates.
Previous experience:
  • At least 1 year of previous recruitment experience where you can demonstrate:
  • Resourcing or Account Management within blue collar or, industrial.
  • Management and development of your own client relationships.
  • Effectively able to manage multiple recruitment requirements, hiring managers and differing requirements.
  • Manufacturing, Civil or Construction industry experience (ideally blue collar)
  • Recruitment software experience - able to demonstrate understanding and ability to manage a recruitment process through a CRM (Bullhorn, Job Adder, Vincere, Fasttrack, etc..)
  • Familiarity with Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
  • Being calm under pressure and can demonstrate previous adherence to hiring deadlines.
