The Role
We are seeking a capable and empathetic Support Worker/Household Manager to assist a aprticipant. This is an ongoing role providing flexible scheduling to suit both the participant and support worker.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily household management tasks such as cleaning, organising, and meal preparation
  • Supporting the participant with personal care needs
  • Supervising and supporting learning and development, including homework and daily routines
  • Providing safe, compassionate, and structured support tailored to the participant
  • Encouraging skill-building, independence, and engagement in daily activities
  • Collaborating with families and the Beyond Health Services team to ensure consistent support

About You
You are a patient, empathetic, and organised individual with:

  • Experience supporting children with complex care needs, including ASD and developmental delays
  • Ability to safely supervise and contribute to learning and development
  • Skills in personal care, support, and daily routine management
  • Excellent communication and reliability
  • A friendly and non-judgmental approach

NDIS Compliance
You will need the following (or be willing to obtain):

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • ABN (for contractors)
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check
