We're gearing up for our busiest and most exciting event season yet, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our Food & Beverage team. Opportunities to work across our four iconic venues, gaining experience at a diverse range of events and functions.

Adelaide Venue Management (AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD).

As South Australia’s home of business events, Adelaide Convention Centre is where global conferences, major exhibitions, gala banquets and other milestone celebrations come to life. As the end-of-year events calendar ramps up, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of functions, conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, sporting events, concerts, and celebrations. Every shift brings a new experience and the chance to create memorable moments for our guests.

What You'll Bring

Your friendly personality, positive attitude, and commitment to great customer service will set you up for success. You'll enjoy engaging with guests, working as part of a team, and helping deliver exceptional event experiences.

We're looking for people who:

• Have a genuine passion for customer service
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Enjoy working in busy, fast-paced environments
• Have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Can work well both independently and as part of a team
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every shift

About You

You will be:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and physically fit
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working varied shifts, including early starts and late finishes
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences
• The holder of a current South Australian RSA (or willing to obtain one)
• Experienced in food and beverage service, or eager to learn and develop your hospitality skills
