We're gearing up for our busiest and most exciting event season yet, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused people to join our Food & Beverage team. Opportunities to work across our four iconic venues, gaining experience at a diverse range of events and functions.


Adelaide Venue Management
(AVM) is South Australia’s leading provider of venue management services. It is responsible for operating three of Adelaide’s most iconic venues: Adelaide Convention Centre (ACC); Adelaide Entertainment Centre (AEC); and Coopers Stadium (CS); in addition to functions and events at The Drive (TD).

About You

You will be:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and physically fit
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working varied shifts, including early starts and late finishes
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • The holder of a current South Australian RSA (or willing to obtain one)
  • Experienced in food and beverage service, or eager to learn and develop your hospitality skills
