Seeking a dedicated hospitality professional for our Night Auditor position. This casual role (2 shifts) provides a pathway to part-time employment for the right candidate.

The property is managed by leading Adelaide based management company 1834 Hotels. Great Eastern Motor Lodge boasts 198 rooms. There are a mix of hotel suites & one- and two-bedroom apartments available, suitable for those looking for a relaxing weekend, business trip or extended stay.

We are currently looking to grow our team of skilled Guest Service Agents:

The ideal candidates will have:

• Australian ‘C’ class Driver's license with completed Passenger Transport Driver (PTD) Authority or willingness to obtain is a requirement to be successful in the application
• Proactive, dependable, and flexible, with a strong work ethic.
• Prior experience in the Night Audit functions is required, with previous RMS Cloud experience desirable but not essential.
• Managing nightly audit operations encompassing transaction reconciliation, financial documentation, and guest account accuracy verification.
• Ensuring smooth hotel operations during overnight hours while consistently meeting all safety, security, and service quality requirements.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service.
• A strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy of work.
• The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional grooming.
• A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.
• Availability to work night shift commencing at 11pm
• Availability to working a spread of shifts over a 7-day roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required.
