Administration Assistant
Part Time – 3 Days Per Week (0.6 FTE)
$60,000 – $65,000 pro rata + Superannuation

About Us

Commlec Services Pty Ltd is a solutions-focused Electrical and Communications Contractor based in Mount Waverley, Melbourne. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service across local council municipalities and the private sector throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria, with a specialist focus on sports floodlighting installations.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and organized Administration Assistant to join our office team and support the Operations and Accounts departments.

About the Role

Reporting to management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to management and staff
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails professionally
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and service bookings
  • Preparing invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Assisting the Accounts team with invoicing and timesheet processing
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining office organisation
  • Coordinating company vehicle servicing and maintenance

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • A collaborative and proactive approach
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Google Suite is preferred however not essential
  • Experience with Aroflo Job Management System is advantageous but not essential
