Elite Real Estate is an established Melbourne CBD real estate agency with over 25 years of experience in residential sales, leasing, and property management. With three offices across the CBD and an international client network, we are committed to delivering professional service while maintaining a strong digital presence across multiple platforms.

We are currently seeking a Social Media & Administration Assistant (Casual) to support our marketing activities and daily office operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Marketing

  • Create and publish property and company posts across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), WeChat, and TikTok
  • Assist in creating short-form marketing content using CapCut and Canva
  • Edit simple videos, photos, and graphics for social media posts
  • Support marketing campaigns and property promotions when required
  • Assist in maintaining a consistent online brand presence

Administration & Office Support

  • Manage day-to-day office enquiries including emails, phone calls, and walk-in enquiries
  • Assist with key management including key in and key out procedures
  • Maintain an organised and professional office environment, ensuring the reception area and common areas are presentable
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks for the sales and property management teams

Working Hours

Wednesday and Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (50-minute break)
More days if required.

This is a casual position, with shifts offered based on operational needs.

Training & Commencement

  • Training will be provided prior to commencement
  • Performance will be reviewed after the initial training period

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic video and graphic editing skills using CapCut and Canva
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WeChat, and Little Red Book
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional presentation and customer service skills
  • Previous administration or social media experience is preferred but not essential
