Are you an organised, customer-focused administration professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment where every day is different? Medical Imaging is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Officer Level 3 to join our team across both Gosford and Wyong Hospitals.
About the Opportunity
Medical Imaging is a busy and rewarding environment where your contribution genuinely matters. You will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, helping patients navigate their healthcare journey from the moment they arrive.
This role offers variety, teamwork and the opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful contribution to healthcare on the Central Coast. The successful applicants will be expected to have the flexibility to work across both Gosford and Wyong sites when required. The role includes a range of shifts, with a particular focus on bookings, clinic support and evening shifts. In this role you will:
- Coordinate patient bookings and clinic operations to support the smooth delivery of Medical Imaging services.
- Provide professional, responsive customer service to patients, staff and stakeholders, including managing enquiries and providing accurate information.
- Manage administrative systems, communications, documentation and records to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Support senior staff and team operations, including training and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Contribute to quality improvement and service excellence, using initiative, sound judgement and established procedures to achieve team and departmental outcomes.
