ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – USED CAR DEALERSHIP
~Location: Fawkner, VIC 3060
~Working hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
~Immediate Start Available
We are looking for a professional, reliable, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy used car dealership.
Requirements
- Well-presented and professional
- Current, valid driver's licence
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable moving and parking vehicles around the dealership
- Able to assist with general dealership duties, including tasks that may involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting
- Must live within approximately a 30-minute drive of Fawkner, VIC 3060
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
- General office administration and filing
- Preparing and processing vehicle sales documentation
- Assisting with registrations, paperwork, and dealership records
- Moving vehicles around the dealership when required
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
