About the role

• Support the manufacture and supply of cardiovascular tissue grafts, ensuring products are prepared to the required standards and timelines.

• Work closely with the Production Manager and Quality Manager to complete production, documentation and operational activities.

• Maintain accurate files, records and procedure manuals, ensuring donor and recipient information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.

• Contribute to quality assurance, monitoring and continuous improvement activities to support safe and high-quality outcomes.

• Participate in out-of-hours and weekend on-call duties once fully trained, supporting the ongoing supply of cardiovascular tissue grafts.

About you

• Bring strong integrity and a commitment to St Vincent’s values, with relevant experience in health, medical or life sciences environments.

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of anatomy and medical terminology, with the ability to follow procedures, protocols and documentation accurately.

• Have hands-on experience with aseptic techniques in sterile, controlled or clean-room environments, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

• Have excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Communicate confidently and professionally, with strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
