- Support leaders to apply fair and consistent processes, including appropriate communication, consideration of relevant information and clear outcome documentation.
- Prepare accurate employee lifecycle and change documentation, including employment changes, letters, records of discussion and other standard people documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee and case records, ensuring information is handled confidentially and in line with relevant policies and processes.
- Identify emerging risks, themes and improvement opportunities, escalating complex or sensitive matters to People Partners, the Manager, People Advisory or the Senior Employment Relations Consultant as appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with People Partners, the Senior Employment Relations Consultant and the broader People & Culture team to support effective people outcomes.
- Contribute to improvements across People Advisory processes, tools and reporting.
- Support cyclical People & Culture activities and broader team priorities as required.

- Experience supporting employee lifecycle administration, employee change documentation and routine employee relations case management.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate and sensitive people documentation.
- Sound judgement, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the confidence to work within defined frameworks and escalate complex or high-risk matters when required.
