Job description:
Care Pivot is seeking a compassionate and skilled support worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with disability and mental health challenges.
We are currently looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Bipolar affective disorder (BPAD)
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support for participants with behaviors of concern.
- Assist participants in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proven experience working with participants with acquired brain injuries.
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
- Availability to work active and inactive night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
- A valid driver's license.
- Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
- Dedication to maintaining participant safety and dignity.
- Willingness to adapt to varied participant needs and schedules.
