Job description:

Care Pivot is seeking a compassionate and skilled support worker to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with disability and mental health challenges.

We are currently looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Bipolar affective disorder (BPAD)
• Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support for participants with behaviors of concern.
• Assist participants in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience working with participants with acquired brain injuries.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
• Availability to work active and inactive night shifts, weekdays, and weekends.
• A valid driver's license.
• Fluent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
