• My Specialists Sydney is a growing specialist medical practice in Kogarah, near St. George Hospital. We are committed to providing the highest quality, evidence-based medical care through a contemporary and individualised approach. We value excellence, respect, and compassion.
• We are looking for a professional and dynamic medical receptionist to join our team.
• The role involves greeting and booking patients, billing and invoicing, responding to patient inquiries, managing correspondence and office supplies, and tidying duties. The position requires multi-tasking and providing a high level of customer service.
• This is a casual position with expected availability 1-2 days per week, Monday and/or Thursday.
• A first-aid certificate is compulsory.

Highly regarded skills, attributes, and experience include:

• Prior experience as a medical receptionist
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Familiarity with using medical software such as Gentu. On-site training will be available.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to think critically and problem-solve when presented with new challenges
• Focus and efficiency in completing delegated tasks
