ACT - Dispensary Technician - ACT Health Centre - Casual

This role is primarily Monday to Friday (day shift) within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. After-hours, weekend and on-call shifts may be required depending on role requirements and base location.

What you'll do

Supporting dispensing activities under the supervision of the Pharmacist

Coordinating receipt and distribution of pharmaceutical stock

Managing stock rotation and monitoring expiry dates

Handling disposal of expired or damaged stock in line with policy

Supporting stocktakes of medical and dental supplies

Providing customer service and general dispensary support

What you bring

Certificate Qualified non-pharmacist Dispensary Assistant/Technician (Dispensary Technicians Course Certificate, or equivalent);

A minimum of 2 years Full-Time experience as a Dispensary Assistant/Technician within the last 5 years

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to maintaining clinical and safety standards

Australian Citizenship required for Baseline Security clearance
