Gotcha Fresh Tea Dandenong is looking for 3 friendly, enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our team!
We are seeking energetic individuals who enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

We encourage junior applicants, school students and first-time job seekers to apply!
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality bubble tea beverages
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Restocking ingredients and supplies
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Working collaboratively with other team members
What We're Looking For
