Full job description

Front of House/Treatment Coordinator — Vogue Dental Studios, Sydney

Join the team at Vogue Dental Studios, where premium care meets luxury service and every smile transformation begins with you. Our Sydney clinic is searching for an experienced, passionate, and reliable Front Desk & Treatment Coordinator to deliver high-class service and become the trusted guide for every patient's journey with us.

About the Role

Full-time, based at our renowned Sydney clinic. You'll be the first point of contact and the steady hand behind every patient's experience, making sure they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is more than a front desk role. You are the vital link between our patients and our clinical team: presenting treatment plans, guiding patients through their options and investment, and turning interest into a confident, booked decision.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own the patient journey end to end—enquiry, consultation, treatment plan presentation, booking, follow-up and aftercare.
  • Present treatment plans and pricing with warmth and confidence, including finance and payment options.
  • Convert consultations into booked treatments and follow up with patients who need time to decide (this is a measured, accountable part of the role).
  • Manage the studio diary, coordinate with clinical staff, and keep every day running to a premium standard.
  • Be the first and last impression—in person, on the phone, and over email.
  • Handle high-profile and discerning patients with absolute discretion.
  • Reception and administration duties.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a front office, reception, or patient coordination role (dental, medical, aesthetics, or premium hospitality).
  • Confidence presenting treatment, pricing, and finance options—and genuine comfort discussing investment and helping people make informed decisions.
  • Experience with HICAPS and private billing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A highly organised multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
  • Positive energy, polished presentation, and a proactive attitude.
  • A team player with leadership potential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with a fun, supportive, high-performing team.
  • Staff discounts and benefits.
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities.

Our Values

  • We care deeply about our patients, honesty, and transparency.
  • We believe in doing it once and doing it right.
  • Our ethos is always patient-centric and patient-first.
  • We bring passion to every step of the journey.
  • We obsess over the details that make a difference.

If you're ready to take your service skills to the next level in an industry that transforms lives, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
