About the Role

We are urgently seeking compassionate and reliable support workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be delivering in-home and community-based supports tailored to each client's physical, emotional, and social needs. You will be instrumental in empowering clients to live meaningfully and achieve their personal goals.

You will also play a key role in building rapport and providing consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centered support across daily routines and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care and daily living assistance (including high-intensity needs)
• Supporting clients with mental health and psycho-social recovery goals
• Promoting community participation and social inclusion
• Assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, and hygiene
• Administering medication in line with care plans
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting incidents where required
• Providing positive behaviour support and emotional encouragement
• Collaborating with clients, families, and allied agencies

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in disability, mental health, aged care, or community services
• Lived experience or multilingual skills are highly regarded

Requirements (Mandatory):

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• WA Working with Children Check
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Smartphone and ability to use support apps

Desirable Qualifications:

• Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, Aged Care, or related field
• Medication administration training or high-intensity support modules

Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
