The Opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated Property student (API-approved) or recent Property graduate to join our Agribusiness Valuations team in Melbourne on a full-time or part-time basis.
This candidate must have a practical understanding of the agricultural industry, whether through personal background in farming, hands-on work experience, or relevant academic study.
This role offers hands-on exposure to rural and agribusiness valuation work, while supporting your progression toward becoming a Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV). You will assist with valuation assignments across a broad range of agricultural commodities and property types, working closely with experienced valuers and servicing private, institutional, and corporate agribusiness clients nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend rural property inspections and prepare detailed field notes.
Collect, analyse, and maintain valuation data including mapping, sales, leasing, and other market evidence.
Input data into valuation and financial models, including cash flow analysis.
Assist with valuation modelling, comparable sales analysis, and report preparation.
Support broader team initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and professional development activities.

About You:
Tertiary qualification in Property/Agribusiness
Willingness and ability to travel to key agricultural regions.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Well-developed organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to commit to either full-time or part-time working arrangements
