Full job description

Mason Bros Vegetable Farms, located in Werribee South, 25 mins West of Melbourne. We are an industry leader in growing and supplying fresh cut vegetables throughout Australia.

Mason Bros has job opportunities available for suitably qualified and experienced vegetable farm professionals. Some of the positions include:

  • Farm Supervisors – Production Horticulture and Section Supervisors
  • Mobile Plant Operators – Tractor, Harvester, Planter, Sprayer and Forklift Operators
  • Deisel Mechanics and Workshop Fabricators
  • Nursery professionals – Nursery Supervisors and Nursery Hands

Our requirements

Suitable applicants require:

  • Relevant education – minimum AQF Certificate III or higher level
  • Substantial practical experience in horticulture and vegetable farming
  • Experience in operating farm machinery
  • Prerequisite licenses such as driver’s license, forklift license, chemical users certificate
  • Sound level of English-speaking communication skills
  • Enjoy working outdoors and in farming environment
  • Reliable team player, hands on and helpful approach
  • Flexible to perform various tasks under different weather conditions
  • Adaptable to work additional hours particularly during peak seasonal periods
  • Leadership and supervisory skills & experience for senior and supervisor positions
