About the Role
We are seeking experienced mechanical fitters and fabrication tradespeople to join our teams at the Pinjarra and Wagerup Refineries. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, repair and improve critical fixed plant equipment, helping to maximise safety, reliability and operational performance across our operations. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you will apply your trade expertise to planned maintenance, fault finding and breakdown repair activities. What you can bring to the role

Trade qualification in a mechanical discipline.

Strong maintenance, fault-finding and repair experience on fixed plant or heavy industrial equipment.

A commitment to safe work practices and a proactive approach to risk management.

The ability to diagnose equipment issues and deliver practical, effective solutions.

Strong planning, problem-solving and communication skills.

A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on equipment reliability and performance.

Leading Hand experience highly regarded
