About the Role

Join the Contractor Services team at Pinjarra Refinery on a Monday-to-Friday roster. Reporting to the Contractor Services Superintendent, you will coordinate major contractor works and partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve safety, cost, schedule and operational performance.

As a member of the Contractor Services leadership team, you will lead complex work groups, manage field and safety audits, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver contractor works safely and within scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.

  • Coordinate contractors, internal teams and resources through planning, execution and close-out.

  • Manage budgets and work planning for the cranes contract in partnership with Operations, Maintenance and Production.

  • Lead field and safety audits to ensure contractor activities meet site standards.

  • Identify practical improvements in contractor safety, productivity and cost performance.

What you can bring to the role

  • Experience in maintenance, operations, project delivery or contract management; contractor management of overhead cranes is highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead employees and contractor work groups safely and effectively.

  • Knowledge of project management, budgeting and works planning.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • A trade or professional qualification in an electrical, mechanical or related maintenance discipline is highly regarded; a project management qualification is desirable.
