Job summary

Work in strategic Digital Transformation programs for customers with high impact to Australia’s superannuation schemes

Close coordination with business teams and technologists and will interact regularly with Senior stakeholders

Building, Maintaining, Modifying, testing code for Software applications

Analyse business requirements and articulate complex technical requirements through collaboration with business users, technology groups and suppliers

Lead and develop detailed data and system functional/non-functional specifications that will drive the desired business outcomes to ensure effective delivery of system specifications and/or Business requirements

About the role

Convert requirements into architectures and solution designs that make up the blueprint for a solution for projects that do not require involvement from a solution architect

Ensure alignment and provide traceability of lower level design to technical solution architecture

Apply expert knowledge of systems to inform Architecture and Solution Design

Lead the analysis of user stories and relevant documents to determine testing requirements and automation potential to deliver logical & efficient automation solutions

Write, Maintain and test code to meet System requirement, system design and specification to maintain quality standards

Skills and experience

Experience in Android development.

Plan, develop, build, and release end-to-end Android mobile app using Kotlin

Coordination and collaboration to meet expected level of deliverables in respective spaces.

providing status and management reports.

Responsible to provide information for and to (when required) attend the various ceremonies e.g. Defect Triage, Stand Ups, Retrospectives etc

Designing and developing modern, secure, and feature-rich android applications using Kotlin from scratch

Understand requirements and translate designs and wireframes into code

Identify and fix bugs to improve performance

Coordinating with the design and test teams to create apps with high performance

Work with APIs and data sources as per the requirements

Help maintain code quality, reusability, and continuous code evaluation

Discover and implement new technologies to improve the developer experience

Unit-testing of code to ensure bug-free, reliable, and best user experience

Collaborate with the team members to plan, develop, and ship new features

Implement security measures in line with overall security objectives
