Suncorp Bank is seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic Contact Centre team as Full-Time Banking Consultants, supporting customers across daytime and nighttime shifts (with rosters available up to 7PM).

Role Location: Melbourne VIC
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Training Requirement

Full training attendance is required to build your skills before moving into your shifts.

Training period: 30 November 2026 – 01 January 2027
Training hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30AM – 5PM

Roster Options – Full Time
Shifts run within set start windows and are approximately 8 hours, offering a balance of consistency and flexibility to help you plan your day with ease.

Start Windows
Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 10 AM start window (8 hours)

Evening Coverage Requirement
Availability is required for shifts finishing as late as 10:30PM, scheduled in line with operational needs

What will your day look like?

As a Banking Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience—helping make banking simpler, smoother, and more human every single day. You’ll make a real impact by:

• Supporting customers via phone with banking enquiries
• Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient service
• Build trust through communication and problem-solving
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Basic tech confidence
• Resilience and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• You don’t need to have all the answers on day one - curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to learn will take you a long way here. What matters most is the mindset you bring
