About the role
We have an opportunity for x 2 Team Leader to be part of our Criminal Records, Forensic Evidence & Technical Services Command team. The Team Leader coordinates and manages the activities of a team to ensure the delivery of quality responsive customer services with an emphasis on correct and consistent decision making in applying legislation and policy. The role works with Coordinators within business unit to ensure quality assurance, workflow productivity, priority management and the promotion of continuous improvement.
