Pay out: $25 - $30 Per Hour + Super

About the Role:

• You will receive calls from people looking for IT Support - INBOUND ONLY NO COLD CALLING.
• Understand about the TECHNICAL issue customer has called for and offer/schedule on site appointments after quoting the prices.
• Target Oriented Profile.

Essential Requirements for this role:

• Prior Experience in calling/customer service/Sales/Front Desk Receptionist/Appointment setter in Australia.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge about computers and IT.
• Strong Sales and Upselling Skills
• Target Oriented Person.
• Should be a quick thinker and Self Motivated with go getter attitude.
• You have to be based in AUSTRALIA and should have full work rights. (Candidates applying from outside Australia shall not be considered)
• When working from home, should have a working windows computer, high speed internet, headset with noise cancellation facility.

Important things to know before you apply:

• Training will be provided. Please note the training will be for 2-4 hours and shall be unpaid.
• Immediate Starters Preferred.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
