Subiaco hotel– Chef or Cook

The Venue:

The Subiaco hotel relaxed, casual and modern whilst paying tribute to its past and once again finds itself as one of the most unique country pubs in Australia. Casual front-bar, family restaurant serving modern pub-grub, function rooms.

The Position:

The Subiaco hotel is seeking an experienced cook or chef to assist the head chef in the kitchen.

The applicant must have at least 1 year experience in a similar position.

Cert III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)

A pro-active, positive and energetic attitude

Passion for preparing and cooking high quality foods

Ability to work in high volume restaurant

The role includes but is not limited to:

Maintaining superior product standards

Reducing food wastage

Ensuring kitchen cleanliness

Adhering to food hygiene standards

Daily kitchen operations and preparation
