Full job description

Seafolly is seeking a passionate and motivated Area Manager to join our Queensland team. This will be a full-time role overseeing multiple Seafolly Stores in the QLD South region. The Area Manager will be a brand ambassador representing SEAFOLLY to the highest standard. This person will be committed to leading and motivating their region and team to success in every area of the business.


The position is a Monday - Friday role. We offer a competitive salary package, including a travel allowance.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing retail teams who consistently reflect brand values and deliver exceptional customer service

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring excellence in service standards, product knowledge, fit expertise, and sales execution

  • Drive sales performance through strong commercial acumen, KPI ownership, data analysis, effective rostering, and cost control

  • Foster a motivated, accountable, and customer‑focused sales culture that delivers results and builds long‑term customer loyalty

  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, housekeeping, and flagship store execution, coaching teams to continually build VM capability

  • Manage end‑to‑end store operations, including stock management, payroll, audits, security, omni‑channel execution, and compliance

  • Build a strong team culture through recruitment, succession planning, development conversations, feedback, and ongoing training

  • Act as a key communication link between stores and Head Office, sharing insights, supporting remote locations, and driving continuous improvement


You will have
:

  • Experience in a Area Manager or Cluster Manager role

  • Exceptional people‑first leadership, leading by example across all areas of the business

  • Ability to coach, inspire, and drive high‑performing teams

  • Passionate about building an elite, customer‑centric and brand‑led team

  • Proactive, positive, and thrives on being on the shop floor with customers

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and inclusive leadership skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Strategic, commercial thinker with sound operational and administrative capability

  • Agile, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and upskill
